Look who's back!

It is with deep shame that I blog after not updating you all in over two months! Let's see, since last I blogged, Jonas went to high school, started college... Ok, maybe it's not THAT bad, but I'll try to do better!

We got Jonas's six months pictures back and are thrilled with them! Once again Shannon (http://www.shannonphotographyonline.com/) has outdone herself! They are too cute!

We can't believe that Jonas is already six months old! It seems like he was just born!! He's doing all kinds of new things and it almost breaks my heart each time he does one. My little baby boy is quickly turning into a little man. He now sits up (constantly) and HATES laying down now. He spends most of his free time working on crawling now. He can get in the position and then rocks back and forth and then usually concludes by diving face first into the floor. (Which looks like it hurts, but doesn't seem to bother him) He also takes his juice in a sippy cup now and we're working on vegetables. That is NOT going well. The poor thing literally GAGS when you put a vegetable in his mouth! He must be like his Mom...

Other news, Mom is working non-stop these days with tax season (hence the lack of blogging). Unfortunately, time at home is a commodity for her these days, but she keeps thinking *APRIL, APRIL* and that keeps her going! We're all looking forward to life returning to normal!

Dad is still learning to use his camera. Poor Jonas wouldn't know what to do if he didn't have a flash going off in his face! Mom and Dad will be celebrating their one year anniversary on March 1st. They are going to spend the night at a B&B in Fairhope, AL and enjoy some much needed R&R.
